Science & Research jobs from company career pages
Research roles need the subject and the setting. A career page should say whether the work is a lab, a computational group, or an applied team next to a product. Titles like scientist are used across all three. Read the methods and the degree expectation before you treat two postings as the same search.
Many of these seats are on-site because the work is. Set that honestly. Also check whether the role is a permanent hire or a fixed-term research seat. Employment type will catch some of that, and the posting will catch the rest.
What to check on the career page
- Subject and methods, not only the word scientist
- Lab, field, or computational setting
- Degree and publication expectations
- Permanent role versus a fixed term
