The product

JobLookout collects openings posted on company career pages so you can filter them in one list. When you apply, you do it on the employer's site. JobLookout does not submit the application for you, does not sit between you and the company, and does not promise an interview, a reply, or a job.

Listings come from company pages and can be incomplete, stale, or a poor match once you read them. The posting on the company site is the one that counts.

Accounts

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for the account you use and for the resume and preferences you save. One person, one account. Do not share a paid account or use the product to break another site's rules.

Prices

Prices are in US dollars and are shown on the pricing page before you create an account.

• Browsing the public job list does not require an account and has no charge.
• Monthly is $15 per month. It renews every month until you cancel.
• Lifetime is $40, paid once. It does not renew.

A paid plan is what opens a role, the apply link, the resume tools, and Copilot. Checkout is on a Creem page. Creem is the merchant of record: Creem charges the card, handles tax, and sends the receipt. Access turns on after Creem confirms the payment. JobLookout does not store your card number.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel a Monthly plan from Settings, under Receipts and billing. That opens the Creem customer portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal. The plan stays on until the end of the period you already paid for.

Lifetime does not renew. Buying Lifetime cancels an active Monthly subscription so you are not charged for both.

A charge that already went through for the current Monthly period is not refunded when you cancel, except where the law where you live requires a refund. If you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or paid and the paid features never turned on, email support.joblookout@gmail.com and we will work with Creem to correct it.

Resume tools

Resume drafts and Copilot replies are starting text. You review and edit them before you send anything to an employer. You keep the rights to the resume you upload. You let us store it and send the text you submit to the model provider so we can return the draft you asked for.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt to break it, upload unlawful content, or use it to harass anyone. We can suspend an account that does. The Privacy Policy explains the information we collect.

You may not use the AI resume tools or Copilot to generate, request, or store sexually explicit or adult content. That includes pornography, nudity for sexual purposes, and sexual content involving anyone, including minors. These tools are only for job-search writing: resumes, applications, and career questions. An account used for sexually explicit or adult output can be suspended.

Billing and product questions go to support.joblookout@gmail.com. If these terms change, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date. Continuing to use a paid plan after that date means you accept the updated terms. Rights you already have under the law where you live still apply.
