Sales jobs from company career pages

Sales postings on boards are some of the most recycled ads on the internet. A career page is the better check: quota, segment, and whether the seat is new or a backfill are easier to see when the company wrote the page for its own team.

Separate the motion before you apply. Enterprise account executive, SDR, partnerships, and sales engineering are not one search. Set the level, and treat a role with no territory and no product as unfinished until the page explains both.

What to check on the career page

  • Who you sell to, and the deal size if they state it
  • Inbound, outbound, or a mix
  • Ramp, quota, and travel, in the posting rather than a recruiter's summary
  • Whether the job is hunting new business or farming existing accounts

Titles in Sales

JobLookout groups these titles under one function so you are not searching a single keyword at a time. Hidden or unused buckets are left out. Filters and apply steps are covered in the FAQ.
