Operations & Strategy jobs from company career pages
Operations is a label companies use for very different work: business operations, strategy, program management, and chief of staff seats. On a board they look identical. On a career page you can usually tell whether the week is analysis, coordination, or running a function.
These roles also absorb people who are between functions. Be strict about level. A strategy associate and a head of operations should never arrive in the same unfiltered list. Set that first, then read which executive the role sits beside.

What to check on the career page
- Analysis, program execution, or running a team
- Which leader the role supports
- Whether the posting describes a business or only a personality
- Level, so chief-of-staff searches stay separate from coordinator work
